Panoramica di PresentazioneAzienda leader mondiale da oltre 30 anni nel settore metalmeccanico, con un forte focus su sostenibilità, Offre soluzioni innovative attraverso una vasta gamma, concentrandosi costantemente su ricerca e innovazione.Job Title e finalità di Ruolo: PROCUREMENT SPECIALISTPer potenziare il team, si ricerca una figura di Procurement Specialist.La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione dei processi di approvvigionamento, garantendo l'efficienza della supply chain, l'ottimizzazione dei costi e il rispetto delle tempistiche di consegna.Principali Valori AziendaliSostenibilitàLealtàTrasparenzaOrganigrammaIl candidato selezionato riporterà direttamente al Responsabile.Principali Responsabilità• Emettere e gestire ordini di acquisto sulla base dei fabbisogni materiali e delle pianificazioni di produzione• Definire i livelli ottimali di inventario in funzione di domanda, lead time e capacità produttiva• Monitorare costantemente lo stato degli ordini aperti per garantire puntualità e completezza nelle consegne• Gestire le relazioni con i fornitori, monitorandone le performance tramite KPI e scorecard• Collaborare al miglioramento della qualità e dell'affidabilità della catena di fornitura• Supportare le attività di sviluppo e valutazione dei fornitori• Redigere e aggiornare report periodici sullo stato delle richieste, ordini e approvvigionamentiCompetenze Tecniche (Hard Skills)• Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o titolo equivalente (in alternativa, Diploma Tecnico in ambito Meccanico o Elettronico)• Esperienza, anche breve, nel ruolo di Procurement Specialist o Buyer tecnico in aziende manifatturiere (preferibilmente su commessa)• Conoscenza delle logiche di supply chain, procurement e gestione fornitori• Conoscenza dei sistemi gestionali ERP (preferibilmente SAP)• Conoscenza dei flussi produttivi e logistici e MRPAbilità Personali (Soft Skills)• Problem solving• Orientamento al risultato• Attenzione ai dettagli• Team workingCondizioni di contratto• Sede di lavoro: Zona Verona Est• Orario di lavoro e work life balance: Dal lunedì al venerdì 8.30-17.30• Tipologia contrattuale: Contratto a tempo determinato full time.• Pacchetto retributivo a budget: l'inquadramento economico, di sicuro interesse, verrà esaminato e soppesato a seguito di quanto emergerà dai colloqui conoscitivi e dal confronto con la preparazione e l'esperienza dei candidati che concorreranno alla posizione.Retribuzione Annua Lorda di riferimento: 30.000,00 € - 40.000,00 €.
