Due to a strong project pipeline and continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Superintendent to lead some of their most technically demanding and high-profile healthcare projects across the region.In this role, you will take full ownership of site operations, leading day-to-day construction activities while coordinating trades, managing schedules, enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. You will act as the primary on-site representative, working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and healthcare stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient project delivery.This role would suit a Superintendent with healthcare and/or commercial construction experience who is looking to step into larger, more complex projects and progress into a Senior Leadership position through a clearly defined career pathway.The Role:Lead healthcare and commercial construction projects from site start-up through to completionManage live / occupied healthcare environments, prioritizing safety, quality, and uninterrupted operationsTake full responsibility for site operations, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality controlWork closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless execution, communication, and deliveryEnforce safety standards and ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirementsThe Person:Superintendent with healthcare and/or commercial construction experienceComfortable managing complex, multi-trade construction sitesStrong understanding of construction drawings, schedules, and site management softwareProven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standardMotivated by career progression and stepping into larger, more complex projects
