Experis, brand di ManpowerGroup, è leader in 54 paesi nella Ricerca e Selezione del personale, sviluppo di Career & Skills, Consulenza IT & Engineering e System Integration, per importante azienda operante nel settore automotive ricerca un /una: Racing Structural Performance Engineer  In questo ruolo, condurrai simulazioni e analisi strutturali per componenti chiave dell'auto come telaio, sospensioni, parti meccaniche e carrozzeria. In particolare, affronterai vari aspetti di questi componenti dal punto di vista dell'omologazione e della funzionalità, tra cui rigidità, non linearità, comportamento a fatica e fenomeni vibratori. Le prestazioni derivano dalla perfetta integrazione di più discipline e avrai la possibilità di collaborare con varie aree all'interno del dipartimento di Design & Research e dei dipartimenti di Dinamica e Performance del veicolo e Aerodinamica. Requisiti: Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica o Aerospaziale; Esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi all'interno dell'industria del motorsport per almeno due anni; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Spiccate capacità di lavorare in team; Flessibilità e forte passione per i settori automotive/motorsport/aerospaziale; La conoscenza dei software HyperWorks e Abaqus e le competenze di programmazione in Python sono considerate un plus.
