Your Career Provider In ottica di ampliamento e potenziamento del nostro team, per cliente operante nel segmento dei servizi ICT per il mercato Enterprise (datacenter, web hosting, domini) ricerchiamo un/a: Software Quality Principali responsabilità: Definire e mantenere linee guida di sviluppo condivise per tutti i team di Platform Software Engineering, coprendo: naming conventions, versioning, logging, metodi e best practice di codifica; metriche e standard di osservabilità (log structure, tracing, audit events); gestione di error handling, retry policy, timeouts, dependency injection e configurazione; standard di API design (REST/gRPC, OpenAPI, autenticazione, documentazione) Progettare e supervisionare i processi di qualità del software Guidare la standardizzazione degli strumenti di sviluppo e delle pipeline, garantendo uniformità nei processi di build, versioning semantico, packaging e distribuzione Collaborare con i Team Leader e gli Architect delle Business Line per assicurare l’allineamento tecnico e metodologico delle implementazioni ai principi comuni Curare la documentazione tecnica di riferimento Eseguire code review trasversali e audit periodici di qualità del codice Monitorare e misurare indicatori di qualità del codice e delle pipeline (coverage, build success rate, vulnerabilities, code smells, test reliability) Competenze tecniche essenziali 4/5 anni nello sviluppo software o nella piattaforma cloud Ottima conoscenza di Python e Go, con esperienza diretta nello sviluppo di backend infrastrutturali, API e operator Kubernetes Esperienza con testing frameworks e strumenti di qualità Familiarità con observability stack (Grafana, ELK) Conoscenza dei principi di Software Architecture, versionamento semantico e dependency management.
