About the Role

Reporting to the Customer Service Area Manager, the Customer Service Sales Engineer will support the business operations in the assigned areas.
Main responsibilities include:

managing sales opportunities in the assigned geographies in collaboration with regional colleagues, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction coordinating the internal processes (involving Engineering / Operations depts.) to convert market opportunities into orders contributing to the definition of business targets in the assigned areas, promoting relevant initiatives to grow market penetration and to develop new products and business models.

What You Need to Be Successful

Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electronic or equivalent) At least 2-3 years in similar roles Passion and curiosity for technical topics Customer orientation and customer service mindset International experience will be considered as a plus English proficiency; knowing other languages will be considered as a plus.
