Prot. 13/I/0001610/03.01 del 05/02/2010 – Filiale di Roma, seleziona per importante azienda alberghiera multinazionale:F&B Supervisor Room service Siamo alla ricerca di un/a F&B Supervisor Room Service, che entrerà a far parte del team di un hotel 5 stelle lusso a Milano, dove eccellenza e attenzione al dettaglio sono al centro dell’esperienza degli ospiti.Il candidato/a ideale sarà responsabile sia della supervisione di due collaboratori (uno notturno e uno diurno) sia dell’operatività quotidiana, garantendo un servizio impeccabile in camera, dalla preparazione alla consegna, assicurando standard di qualità elevati e tempi di servizio puntuali.Responsabilità principali:Supervisionare e coordinare il lavoro del personale di room service, supportando i turni diurni e notturni.Partecipare attivamente al servizio in camera, garantendo qualità, presentazione e puntualità.Gestire ordini, allestimenti e gestione dei prodotti F&B secondo gli standard dell’hotel.Monitorare il rispetto delle norme igienico-sanitarie e degli standard operativi.Collaborare con la cucina e il team F&B per ottimizzare flussi di lavoro e soddisfazione del cliente.Requisiti:Esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili nel settore luxury hotel.Conoscenza dei processi operativi F&B e del servizio in camera.Capacità di leadership e di gestione di piccoli team.Attitudine al problem solving, precisione e orientamento all’eccellenza del servizio.Flessibilità negli orari e disponibilità a lavorare su turni dalle 06:00 alle 23:30, dal lunedì alla domenica 2 giorni di riposo.Offriamo:Contratto full time, 40 ore settimanali, RAL €27.000.Un inserimento in azienda con un contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di proroga e opportunità di crescita in un ambiente internazionale e di eccellenza.Lavorare in un contesto di hotel 5 stelle lusso a Milano, con attenzione ai dettagli e agli standard più elevati.Sede di lavoro: Milano CentroOffriamo un ambiente di lavoro dinamico, un\’opportunità di crescita professionale.
