Product Quality Engineer – Junior (Concept & Development) Per inserimento presso una prestigiosa azienda del settore Automotive, ricerchiamo un/una Product Quality Engineer da inserire nell’area Concept & Development. La risorsa sarà coinvolta fin dalle fasi iniziali di sviluppo prodotto, contribuendo a garantire il rispetto degli standard qualitativi premium e delle aspettative del cliente. Responsabilità principali Supportare la funzione Qualità nelle fasi di concept e pre-industrializzazione. Collaborare alla valutazione di design, packaging ed ergonomia per prevenire rischi qualitativi. Partecipare a controlli virtuali (DMU) e fisici su modelli e prototipi. Contribuire alle analisi di fattibilità su materiali e tecnologie innovative. Supportare l’implementazione di sistemi di lessons learned per il miglioramento continuo. Prendere parte a riunioni tecniche e comitati colore per garantire coerenza estetica e funzionale. Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria (Meccanica, Gestionale, dei Materiali o affini). Almeno 6 mesi di esperienza in ambito qualità, sviluppo prodotto o processi industriali (stage, tirocinio o primo impiego). Conoscenza base di strumenti CAD (preferibilmente Catia V5) e dei processi produttivi. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (il tedesco è un plus). Capacità analitiche e problem solving. Attitudine al lavoro cross-funzionale e orientamento al dettaglio. Soft Skills Comunicazione efficace e capacità di collaborazione. Proattività e curiosità verso l’innovazione.
