Manpower S.r.l. sta ricercando un/una Project Procurement Manager Mansione: La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno di un team e si occuperà della gestione e del coordinamento di tutte le attività di approvvigionamento legate ai progetti in corso. In particolare: Elaborazione e aggiornamento del Piano di Approvvigionamento (PRP) e del Controllo dei Costi di Progetto (PCC), garantendone l’attuazione nei tempi e nei costi previsti; Esecuzione dei processi di selezione dei fornitori e predisposizione dei contratti in linea con i requisiti di progetto (tempi, costi, qualità e requisiti specifici); Coordinamento dei buyer per le categorie Piattaforma, Carrelli, Cassa e Propulsione; Verifica delle forniture chiave con approvazione preventiva da parte del Project Manager; Monitoraggio costante di tempi, costi e scostamenti con proposta di azioni correttive; Analisi dell’impatto economico e temporale di variazioni nella configurazione dei veicoli e/o nella strategia make/buy; Collaborazione con le principali funzioni aziendali: Supply Chain, Ingegneria, Manutenzione, Vendite, Program Management, Finanza e Legale. Località: Pistoia Modalità di lavoro: Ibrida Assunzione diretta con il cliente- Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia, Giurisprudenza o discipline affini; - Esperienza pregressa in ambito procurement/project management, preferibilmente in contesti industriali strutturati; - Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office e dei principali strumenti informatici; - Conoscenza del sistema SAP (modulo MM); - Capacità di lettura e interpretazione di disegni tecnici e specifiche; - Eccellenti capacità di negoziazione, analisi e gestione; - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
