Job Description A great opportunity to join as a Cluster Account Director at a Luxury 5 star hotel in Milan Qualifications To execute the position of Account Director USA & LATAM, you must have the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and including the following: Possess a minimum of 7 years total experience in hospitality or hotels sales setting, with direct supervisory experience over a sales team, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. More than 3 years’ experience in a senior sales role is preferred. Strong understanding of the business landscape in the USA and LATAM, including cultural nuances and market trends. Fluent in English, Italian and good at Spanish is a plus. Valid Italian Work permit or European Union citizenship is required for this role. Only Shortlisted Candidates will be contacted.
