MAW . Divisione Search & Selection, Polo di Bergamo ricerca per importante realtà industriale un ENGINEERING MANAGER.La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di guidare progetti di miglioramento volti ad incrementare la produttività e ridurre sprechi, complessità e costi all’interno delle diverse aree del sito. Si occuperà inoltre della valutazione, pianificazione e implementazione delle attività progettuali, coordinando l’ingegneria e la manutenzione elettrica, i servizi esterni e le società di manutenzione.Principali responsabilità:•Collaborare con stakeholder interni (QHSE, Produzione, R&D, ed esterni (team di gruppo, fornitori, appaltatori, autorità) per fornire supporto tecnico alle attività; contribuire al Team di Gestione del sito e guidare i principali progetti di miglioramento.• Gestire tutte le aree della funzione di Ingegneria del sito, garantendo elevati livelli di servizio e adottando le migliori pratiche nella gestione dei team e dei progetti.• Essere il punto di riferimento per la consegna complessiva dei progetti: definizione, esecuzione e monitoraggio di specifiche tecniche, gare d’appalto, budget, CAPEX, selezione appaltatori, pianificazione installazioni e fermi.• Definire e garantire i costi del budget annuale dell’Ingegneria del sito, inclusa la manutenzione elettrica, assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi finanziari tramite pianificazione spese, analisi scostamenti e azioni correttive.• Sviluppare e implementare piani di progetto in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali; monitorare le prestazioni dei progetti e identificare aree di miglioramento.• Monitorare KPI ingegneristici e garantire il completamento puntuale di attività e progetti nei tempi e costi previsti.• Gestire i contratti con fornitori e appaltatori, assegnando compiti e definendo risultati attesi.• Motivare, supportare e sviluppare i membri del team, promuovendo l’eccellenza e fungendo da mentore per l’evoluzione delle competenze.• Assicurare la conformità alle normative e agli standard in materia di Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente.• Implementare la strategia di Miglioramento Continuo (CI) nell’ambito dell’Ingegneria del sito.Competenze tecniche e qualifiche richieste:• Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria o discipline affini, o esperienza equivalente• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, preferibilmente in settori produttivi analoghi• Esperienza comprovata nella gestione di progetti• Conoscenze meccaniche, idrauliche, elettriche e OPEX• Competenze gestionali in ambito Budget e Investimenti• Conoscenza della lingua inglese• Conoscenza dei processi di mixing/piping.L’azienda offre un inserimento diretto a tempo indeterminato e un pacchetto retributivo commisurato all’esperienza maturata.Sede di lavoro: Zona di SeriateI candidati interessati sono pregati di inviare il proprio Curriculum Vitae all’indirizzo email specificando nell’oggetto “ENGINEERING MANAGER”.
