Selezioniamo GOVERNANTE D’ALBERGO da inserire all’interno di un Hotel 4 stelle a MilanoLa figura individuata si occuperà del controllo e del coordinamento del personale addetto alle pulizie ai piani, attraverso la pianificazione settimanale dei turni. Le principali attività principali riguarderanno:– Organizzazione dei turni di lavoro e coordinamento delle cameriere ai piani;– Monitoraggio quotidiano del servizio svolto dalle cameriere ai piani (controllo camere);– Costante relazione con la Direzione e il ricevimento per la gestione quotidiana della consegna delle camere;– Gestione degli ordini di materiale necessario. Si richiede:– Precedente e pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di Prima Governante d’albergo, maturata preferibilmente all’interno di strutture importanti;– Consolidata conoscenza delle tecniche/materiali di pulizia;– Ottime capacità organizzative, leadership e problem solving;– Domicilio in zona facilitata al raggiungimento della struttura; L’orario di lavoro sarà full-time, 5 giorni su 7.La retribuzione sarà correlata all’esperienza maturata e al ruolo ricoperto.
