SENIOR INTERNAL AUDIT SPECIALIST
La risorsa inserita all'interno della struttura della Direzione Internal Audit Privacy & Ethics, a riporto del Responsabile della Funzione Internal Audit, partecipa operativamente agli interventi di assurance riguardo al sistema di controllo interno e gestione dei rischi di società, unità organizzative, processi, normative. In particolare:
- Studio del contesto, analisi dei rischi e dei controlli attinenti ai processi/funzioni/unità organizzative/normative in perimetro di audit;
- Esecuzione di testing di verifica del disegno e del corretto funzionamento dei controlli (di tipo qualitativo e quantitativo);
- Promozione di azioni di miglioramento e rafforzamento del sistema dei controlli interno e follow-up della corretta implementazione di tali azioni;
- Sviluppo delle attività connesse al processo di audit per i progetti assegnati dal Responsabile (predisposizione delle carte di lavoro previste, incontri operativi, report, ecc.);
- Supporto al Responsabile e al team di audit per le varie attività (sviluppo piani di audit, quality, Comitati di governance, monitoraggio KPI/KRI ecc.);
- Miglioramento continuo della qualità e delle metodologie di audit;
- Partecipazione a progetti trasversali al Gruppo.
La risorsa ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
- Laurea in materie economiche, giuridiche, ingegneria;
- Preferibile almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza in contesti aziendali;
- Conoscenza dei principali processi, norme e policy aziendali;
- Buona conoscenza lingua inglese (necessaria) e preferibile conoscenza della lingua francese;
- Ottimo utilizzo del Pacchetto Office e preferibile conoscenza di strumenti aziendali quali ad es. SAP, CRM, ecc.;
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo;
- Ottime capacità relazionali, analitiche, curiosità e proattività.
Luogo di lavoro: Milano (centro).
Orario di lavoro: full time, 38 ore settimanali, da lunedì a venerdì.
Si offre inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato.
CCNL Elettrici, inquadramento e retribuzione verranno valutati in fase di colloquio e saranno commisurati alla reale esperienza del candidato.
Previsto smart working + ticket da €8,00 per ogni giornata lavorata da remoto + mensa aziendale.
