STCW. Job Description: We are looking for a Chef for a 40m new-build Private MY. The ideal candidate must have previous experience on vessels of a similar size. We are looking for a skilled Chef with extensive charter experience and a strong background in international cuisine. Candidate will be well-structured, adaptable, and confident in managing all aspects of the galley. The yacht will be used by a family of four. In normal operations, the boat is used between May and October, with continuous cruising and occasional short breaks of about a week. For the 2026 season, the itinerary will be in the Med only. Winter base in Tuscany. Fluent English is required. This is a strictly dry boat. Male candidates only due to cabin arrangement. Total Crew: 8/9 (Mixed Nationality) Salary range: €6000 (TBD) Other: 44 leave days per year (Owner might be open to negotiate for the right candidate)
