Network Operations Manager

Per un nostro cliente stiamo cercando un/una Network Operations Manager con comprovata esperienza nella gestione operativa e nel coordinamento di team tecnici dedicati al supporto e manutenzione delle reti aziendali. Responsabilità: Coordinare il gruppo di tecnici on-site e remoti nelle attività di gestione e manutenzione dell’infrastruttura di rete. Monitorare le performance operative e garantire il rispetto degli standard di servizio. Gestire le priorità operative e l’escalation di incident e problem complessi. Collaborare con i referenti tecnici e gestionali del cliente per l’ottimizzazione dei processi. Garantire l’adozione e il rispetto delle best practice ITIL 4. Redigere report operativi e documentazione di servizio. Supportare l’implementazione di nuovi servizi e aggiornamenti infrastrutturali. Requisiti: Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ambito networking e gestione di presidi tecnici. Solida conoscenza delle architetture di rete LAN/WAN, protocolli TCP/IP, routing e switching. Conoscenza dei principali apparati e soluzioni di rete (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet o equivalenti). Certificazione ITIL 4 (o superiore) Capacità di coordinamento e gestione di team tecnici. Esperienza nel monitoraggio e troubleshooting di reti complesse.
