- Does that sound interesting? Then we are looking for you for our location in Milan as an International Purchasing Specialist / Backoffice Specialist
Your tasks:
- Independent processing of all purchasing processes, i.e. obtaining offers, comparing offers, and the subsequent procurement of hardware, software, service, and support.
- Commercial project support from receipt of order to invoicing
- Support with project calculations and tenders
- Preparation of evaluations
- Analysis of procurement markets and collaboration on projects
- Supply and order planning in coordination with our project managers
- Participation in the continuous improvement of supplier management
- Your profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business management or related field
- At lest 2 years of experience in the field of purchasing.
- Fluent in English (C1-C2);
- Relevant professional experience in operational purchasing, additional project experience desirable;
- Good IT skills (including MS Office, ERP systems - Dynamics 365 as preferred)
- Independent, flexible and reliable way of working as well as good negotiating skills
- Reliability, sense of responsibility as well as communication and team skills
- Quick comprehension and willingness to familiarise yourself with complex topics
- Location: Milan - Hybrid
