Quality Management System Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and battery industry standards and regulations. - Define systems, policies and processes that ensure customer satisfaction and sustainability goals. - Manage documentation and reporting systems. - Perform audits across the organization, identify gaps, and guide cross-functional implementation of corrective actions with the various departments involved. - Lead the development and implementation of the training program across the organization. - Manage the internal/external audit plan, ensure the preparation, execution and resolution of the results. - Monitor Quality KPIs and related compliance with regulations, and conduct an action plan to achieve objectives. - Lead the quality improvement plan and ensure the continuous improvement of management systems. YOUR PROFILE: - Bachelors degree in industrial or management engineering - At least 5 years of experience in a Quality department of a manufacturing company. - Experience in a battery manufacturing company is a STRONG PLUS. - Experience in a quality management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) is a prerequisite. - The experience in IATF 16949 is a STRONG PLUS. - Knowledge of the English language (oral and written) is a prerequisite. - Knowledge of Italian (oral and written) is a prerequisite.
