Cosa farai ogni giorno

In collaborazaione con il tuo tutor aziendale:

- Sarai di supporto nella gestione dei prodotti resi dai clienti, i prodotti danneggiati in negozio e quelli che, per varie ragioni, non possono essere venduti e li indirizzerai nelle aree di competenza (repack, vendita, montaggio, smaltimento)
- Supporterai le attività legate alla Qualità e Analisi dei Resi dei Clienti mappando le motivazioni di questi ultimi in collaborazione con il reparto Customer Relations
- Collaborerai con le diverse funzioni per garantire che tutti comprendano e contribuiscano al processo di recupero concentrandosi su prevenzione dei rischi, riduzione costi, sostenibilità e qualità
- Svolgerai questi compiti tenendo conto dei risultati economici e dell’impatto ambientale.
