**Position**:
Neos is looking for a **MCC Manager**.

Duties include, but not limited to:

- monitoring and ensuring the airworthiness of the aircraft during operations;
- controlling the maintenance status of the aircraft;
- controlling deferred defects and manages defect rectification;
- providing technical advice and support other departments during AOG (aircraft on ground);
- analysing aircraft reliability and archiving of technical data.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in aeronautics, electrical, mechanical or avionics or other studies relevant to aircraft maintenance;
- Basic knowledge of the aeronautical world;
- Aviation regulatory knowledge (Part-145, Part-M, MEL);
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Suite;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- B1 English, good communication skills both written and verbal.

**Advantageous**:

- Use and knowledge of the AMOS system.
- Experience in the aeronautical field, maintenance planning or MCC
