**ROLE SUMMARY**:
- We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced, creative and dynamic Early Years Educators who is **fully qualified to work with 2 year old children**;- an educator who will be able to adapt quickly to a new and exciting learning environment,
- an educator with strong empathy skills and who is willing to use relational strategies in a stimulating learning environment with students from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- A strong commitment to purposeful learning and teaching, collaborative planning and open communication is essential. Proven experience within an international, bilingual or multilingual context would also be useful.- Due to the expansion of the school, we are currently seeking to appoint an experienced, creative and dynamic teacher of the highest calibre to join our team.**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- Potential teachers must possess the following experience, skills and knowledge:
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Years/Early Childhood specifically - teaching qualification must include being able to teach 2 year olds
- Established experience in teaching in the Early Years - **No NQTs please**:

- Be an **English first language user** with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate an ability in engaging with students and teaching staff alike, maintaining a high standard of work at all times
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment and professionalism at all times
- Have a positive and flexible approach to school life and a well-developed ability to work in teams
- The ability to create a happy, challenging and effective learning environment
- A valid visa that enables you to work in Italy would be an advantage
- Hold “Qualified Teacher Status” or an equivalent qualification
- Have a minimum of two years’ teaching experience
- Knowledge of the EYFS is an asset but not absolutely essential- Flights, baggage allowance and support for an apartment search are provided by the school.-
