**Field Service Technician**:

In this position, you will provide technical support for e-mobility business in Italian and EMEA market delivering superior, professional service, remotely or on-site. Reporting to the Service & Engineering Manager, your hands-on experience and knowledge of customer needs will help you not only to build strong customer relationships, but also to actively identify and develop new business opportunities. This position is graded as 13.

**This position reports to**:
Engineering Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Providing remote or on-site (Italy and EMEA), technical support for customers.
- Exceeding customer expectations by appreciating and anticipating current and potential needs.
- Troubleshooting potential equipment failures and proactively taking measures to offset/prevent and inform internal partners.
- Coordinating logistics of resources and spare parts for all site Service jobs.
- Suggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service.

**Your background**:

- At least 2 years of experience in Field Service dpt, working as field service engineer.
- Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing of charge for electrical vehicle.
- Ability to travel to domestic and international sites.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- A diploma certification in eletrical and electronical field.
- Good knowledge of Italian and English language.
