**LEARNING & EDUCATION MANAGER**

**Posizione**:
**Responsabilità**

La risorsa avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Area Learning & Education_
- Progettazione e organizzazione di tutti gli eventi Learning & Education (progettazione, organizzazione, tutoring e monitoraggio di Webinar, corsi di formazione, popolamento materiale sulla piattaforma)
- Gestione della piattaforma E-learning
- Progettazione di percorsi formativi e sviluppo della training offer aziendale in interazione diretta con il team sanitario
- Monitoraggio dell'efficacia e del livello di gradimento dei partecipanti rispetto alle attività formative
- Progettazione e sviluppo dell’Academy interna
- Tutoring e coordinamento: accoglienza dei discenti, predisposizione del materiale didattico e delle eventuali attrezzature previste per le attività formative, affiancamento del docente nelle attività didattiche. Inoltre, si occupa di eventuali criticità emerse durante l’erogazione del servizio
- Key People per i partecipanti ai percorsieventi formativi: docenti, discenti e staff.
- Comunicazione interna per promozione di iniziative Learning & Education
- Community Management_
- Promoter delle iniziative Animalia all’interno della community E-learning “Animalia Learning & Education” e delle iniziative ad essa riservate mediante redazionali, video editoriali e canali social
- Gestione della Community con campagne di comunicazione per la promozione della partecipazione attiva dei suoi membri
- Creazione di digital engagement

**Requisiti**:
**Requisiti**
- Laurea specialistica eo master in ambito HRProject ManagementCommunications
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Organizzazione di eventi digitali e in presenza e sviluppo di materiali a supporto
- Dimestichezza con la gestione del Learning Management
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel
- Project management, gestione dei tempi e delle risorse economiche
- Capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione del lavoro
- Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative
- Approccio innovativo, flessibilità e propositività
- Precisione, curiosità e capacità di lavorare in autonomia e per obiettivi

Richiesti almeno 4 anni di esperienza maturati in area Learning e/o Communications
