**Fater**, è un'azienda italiana, joint venture paritetica fra Procter & Gamble e Angelini Industries. Produce e distribuisce in 38 Paesi, nei mercati dell’Europa Occidentale, centrale e orientale, i prodotti detergenti per la pulizia dei tessuti e della casa a marchio **Ace**e **Neoblanc**; in Italia ha ampliato fin dagli anni 60 i mercati dei prodotti assorbenti per la persona, oggi produce e commercializza per l’Italia i prodotti a marchio **Pampers**, **Lines,** **Lines Specialist,** **Tampax.**

Fater è un'azienda dinamica che investe in innovazione circa il 4% del fatturato annuo. La sede è a Pescara; gli stabilimenti di produzione in Italia sono a Pescara e a Campochiaro (CB), all’estero sono in Portogallo, a Porto e in Turchia a Gebze.

Siamo alla ricerca di una persona brillante, da inserire all'interno del nostro dipartimento di Technology Innovation, che supporti il team nella gestione di progetti di innovazione nel settore detergenza, con focus sulla valutazione técnica delle performance, sull’analisi del gradimento da parte dei consumatori e sulla comunicazione dei benefici dei prodotti. Avrai un ruolo chiave nel coordinamento operativo delle attività di laboratorio, nella pianificazione e conduzione di ricerche consumer-relevant e nel supporto alle attività di lancio sul mercato.

Ti occuperai delle seguenti attività:

- Gestione operativa e monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento dei progetti, garantendo il rispetto di tempi e obiettivi
- Collaborazione con team multifunzionale per l’allineamento strategico delle attività
- Pianificazione e svolgimento delle attività di laboratorio per la valutazione di formulazioni detergenti
- Pianificare, condurre e analizzare dati di ricerche qualitative e quantitative sui consumatori per sviluppare nuovi prodotti e migliorare quelli esistenti
- Supporto alle attività di go-to-market, inclusa la preparazione di materiali tecnici e demo per la comunicazione dei benefici del prodotto

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea magistrale in Chimica, Chimica Industriale, Ingegneria Chimica, Laurea in Design del Prodotto, IED
- Competenze nella gestione di progetti e nel lavoro in team multifunzionali
- Capacità di analisi dei dati e di sintesi dei risultati
- Soft skills: leadership collaborativa, orientamento al risultato, attenzione al consumatore, capacità comunicative
- Buone competenze digitali
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Plus: Esperienza pregressa (anche breve) in laboratorio formulativo o in contesti R&D
