- Participate in Finance transformation project activities with a proactive approach, contributing ideas and evolutionary insights.
- Actively collaborate in designing future processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization from a procedural, organizational, and system perspective.
- Translate Business Needs into functional requirements for system implementation.
- Ensure the correct implementation of defined functional requirements, user acceptance test and go live, participating proactively in them.
- Proactively intervene to mitigate any risks and conflicts that may affect the project's success.
- Contribute actively in the definition of the change management program

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science / engineering / economics.- Ideally 3-7 years in similar role as part of an IT internal department or in a consultancy company.- Solid experience working with the SAP Treasury module and sub modules (TRM - Treasury and Risk Management, IHC - In House Cash, BCM - Bank Communication Management, CLM - Cash and Liquidity Management, MBC - Multi Bank Connectivity, etc.), integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD) and external systems.- Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana release is mandatory.- Knowledge of financial principles, including treasury management, cash flow, liquidity, and risk management, financial instruments and related processes, such as bonds, derivatives, and forex.- Analytical skills (such as Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving and Proactivity) are mandatory.- Good relational skills, high capacity to adapt quickly to different situations and to different interlocutors, and a good capacity of team working are also required.- Good level of English (Spoken and Written).- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures.- Focus on results and able to complete task on time under pressure.
