Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is looking for an **HR Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist**to support international talent acquisition and global development initiatives.
This role is key to attracting top talent across multiple countries and delivering impactful HR projects that strengthen employee growth and organizational capabilities.

**What will you do?**

**International Recruiting**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for global positions, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines across multiple regions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create targeted recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies, universities, and professional networks worldwide.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards in each country.

**Development Projects**
- Support in the implementation of international HR development programs (e.g., leadership development, cross-cultural training, career pathways).
- Support global mobility initiatives.
- Contribute to skill mapping, succession planning, and performance management projects.
- Support in identifying and implement needed training programs.
- Organize and monitor training initiatives.

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruiting and talent development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different countries and time zones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in recruiting tools.
- Global mindset and cultural sensitivity.
- Problem-solving skills.
