Tender & Bid Specialist

We are seeking an experienced **Tender &**Bid Specialist/Technical Writer**to join our International Institutions Business Unit’s Bid Team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive and in-depth analysis of tender requirements and design tailored responses.
- Develop high-quality technical content to describe proposed approaches and methodologies, project planning and timelines, project organization, and technical solutions.
- Review and refine contents produced by other team members.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to develop and finalize proposals.
- Actively participate in meetings and workshops for tender preparation.
- Analyse post-submission feedback for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years**of experience in technical writing.
- Experience in writing IT-related bids, preferably in the public sector.
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, DevOps, etc.).
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to organize information clearly and logically.
- Excellent command of English.
- Knowledge of French is a plus.

**Work location**:

- Vimercate (Milano) or Brussels
