Per conto di un nostro cliente leader internazionale nella progettazione, sviluppo e vendita di sistemi per la difesa, siamo alla ricerca di un **Category Manage**r che opererà nella struttura di "Category Management&Market Survey" del cliente e seguirà i processi di acquisto e vendita di prodotti/servizi inerenti il dominio difesa. **Attività principali** 1) Supporto alle attività di gestione gare - analisi dati di sovraccarico fornitori - analisi dependancy - elaborazione griglie, contributi per dossier di scelta 2) Supporto ad attività di scouting e Market Survey 3) Supporto nella gestione supplier record dei fornitori in albo - Verifica consistenza documentale - Realizzazione dashboard fornitori (inclusa analisi speso, impegnato residuo, ) - Supporto alle campagne di invio questionari su piattaforma eProc per iniziative cyber, ESG,. - Interazione con interfacce interne ed esterne per sollecito risposte fornitori alle campagne di cui sopra 4) Preparazione reportistica e documenti di supporto per riunioni di avanzamento periodiche **Competenze e Conoscenze richieste**: Esperienza in ambito di gestione delle attività di Category Management e/o Procurement Dirette; - Conoscenza processi di gestione supply chain e gestione albo fornitori - Conoscenze modulo SAP/Ivalua - Conoscenze di project management - Capacità di lavorare in un team multifunzionale; - Buone capacità di negoziazione - Esperienza di Market Survey e Scouting di nuovi fornitori - Approccio razionale e efficace al lavoro; - Customer orientation e capacità di interagire a stretto contatto con i principali clienti interni e fornitori. - Buona conoscenza dell’inglese parlato e scritto; - Conoscenza dei sistemi informatici: pacchetto Office, padronanza SAP. **Competenze preferenziali**: Conoscenza del dominio difesa Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato Benefit: - Computer aziendale - Mensa aziendale Orario: - Dal lunedì al venerdì
