BTO è attualmente alla ricerca di Middle PMO che vogliano lavorare in contesti sfidanti, seguendo progettualità di trasformazione digitale, su clienti di diverse industry.
La figura di PMO sarà inserita nella Direzione Sistemi Informativi di Gruppo e avrà come focus la gestione del ciclo di vita delle soluzioni applicative in ambito Supply Chain.
**Attività**:

- Raccogliere ed analizzare le esigenze espresse dalle linee di business
- Partecipare alle analisi di fattibilità assicurandone la condivisione con il business
- Partecipare attivamente, in qualità di referente IT, alle fasi di analisi, sviluppo, test e collaudo peri progetti di implementazione di soluzioni applicative dell’area di competenza
- Interfacciare attivamente Process Owner e Key User di business durante le fasi progettuali
- Supportare il processo di manutenzione applicativa delle soluzioni
- Coordinare le attività dei system integrator esterni nell’ambito di competenza
- Garantire la coerenza complessiva del modello dati, e delle linee guida di sviluppo e funzionamento delle soluzioni IT a livello di Gruppo

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in discipline STEM
- Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo di PMO IT
- Esperienza nella raccolta e analisi delle esigenze espresse dal business
- Ottima conoscenza Project Management
