**Responsibilities**
- Defining Easyflyer’s commercial schedule (commercial campaigns, promotions, new products releases) for achieving the corporate objectives and updating all the teams involved in order to execute the commercial plan in a timely and effective way
- Regularly analyse category and product level sales data, comparing them with budget objectives
- Utilize sales data, search interest, marketing input and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Build and execute merchandising strategy for assigned categories while meeting overall business goals. Defining product navigation and product page
- Work with content and R&D teams to develop names, copy, photography that best represent the product
- Stay on top of industry trends via competitive analysis, search interest, trade shows
- Partner with R&D team to understand category and product needs and perform gap analysis
- Be responsible for the implementation, monitoring and improvement of the internal search engine
- Work with the digital marketing team to define ADV product feed and special promotions

**Requisiti**:

- 3+ years of experience in a company or agency, preferably in the digital marketing field
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to complete the tasks in the predefined timing, velocity on the implementation of operative tasks.
- Ability to work in team and effectively communicating with different corporate functions
- Ability to quickly define and implement a change in approach to meet business needs
- Results-driven approach
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Notions of digital marketing and e-commerce
- Notions of data analysis and data visualization tools
- Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of French is a plus
- Hands-on approach
- Team player
