Per la nostra sede di **Milano** ricerchiamo un **Export Coordinator**, da inserire all’interno del dipartimento **Logistica**, per il coordinamento di un team e la gestione delle attività distributive per i brand Marni e Jil Sander.

La risorsa sarà responsabile delle seguenti **attività**:

- Pianificare le spedizioni ai clienti Retail e Wholesale
- Pianificare le spedizioni di campionario e marketing ed assicurare la corretta predisposizione dei relativi documenti doganali (es: Carnet Ata)
- Monitorare le consegne e predisporre la reportistica utile per individuare le aree di miglioramento e proporre possibili soluzioni a eventuali criticità/necessità
- Organizzare i ritiri merce presso i nostri magazzini
- Coordinare un piano di trasporto con gli spedizionieri e operatori doganali
- Collaborare con i clienti interni in ambito di logística distributiva
- Coordinare i flussi di spedizione e doganali con l’amministrazione centrale
- Gestire l’attività di Back office: claims, anomalie di spedizione, pre fatturazione, ecc.

**Profilo/skills**:

- Esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni in un ruolo analogo
- Laurea triennale in discipline economico/giuridiche o equiparate
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Conoscenza del pacchetto office, in particolare di Excel
- Plus: conoscenza Stealth e TMS
- Attitudine al lavoro in team e spirito di collaborazione
- Attitudine al problem solving
- Capacità di analisi e precisione
- Curiosità, intraprendenza e dinamismo
- Flessibilità e disponibilità a trasferte
- Ottime capacità relazionali
