**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Being UpToDate with collections, deep knowledge of products and aim to exceed targeted KPI's
- Assist with all daily operations, working along with colleagues and management, being able to maintain an impeccable floor, stockroom and VM, as per company request
- Able to provide an excellent customer service, CRM focus, client book and after sales processes
- Act as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2 year's experience in a premium or luxury fashion industry
- Currently working with KPIs, CRM & clients appointments
- Fluent in English language

**OFFERING**:

- Salary up to €28K, according to experience

- 40 hours per week
