Il Bid Manager è responsabile della preparazione di tutta la proposta in risposta a gare d'appalto o richieste di preventivo per opportunità di business internazionali, assicurando il rispetto dei requisiti della gara, dei processi aziendali, dei valori di Etica e Compliance e delle strategie di offerta.

ATTIVITA'

Il Bid Manager gestisce l'intero ciclo di vita della proposta, dalla fase Bid-NoBid alla firma del contratto, con particolare attenzione alla pianificazione e all'esecuzione dell'offerta, coordinando le interazioni con i dipartimenti interni e le aziende partner per raccogliere i costi necessari alla preparazione dei gate di autorizzazione previsti nel processo di gara. Il Bid Manager garantisce il rispetto dei processi aziendali, delle richieste del cliente e degli obiettivi strategici. Segue correttamente le seguenti fasi rispettando i tempi della proposta:

- Bid-No-Bid: gestisce le richieste di chiarimenti prima della gara, raccoglie informazioni sull'RFI/RFQ/ITT, identifica potenziali fornitori/subappaltatori e rischi.
- Preparazione della proposta: crea il piano dell'offerta con le scadenze chiave e le date di revisione, distribuisce i modelli tra il team di gara, raccoglie contributi e stime dai dipartimenti, monitora il rispetto delle richieste del cliente, prepara la proposta finanziaria, identifica e monitora rischi e opportunità, consolida i dati in linea con le richieste del cliente.
- Negoziazione: gestisce le richieste post-sottomissione per aggiornamenti/approfondimenti, negozia, partecipa alla negoziazione del contratto, gestisce obiezioni e chiude la vendita.
- Il Bid Manager è responsabile della preparazione dei documenti di proposta e delle stime dei costi per i progetti specifici, garantendo l'accuratezza e la consegna puntuale delle proposte. Prepara presentazioni tecniche e programmatiche sullo stato della proposta, fornisce chiarimenti e risolve eventuali dubbi interni ed esterni, partecipa a riunioni con il team, i partner e i clienti.
- Il Bid Manager è proattivo nel facilitare il processo di preparazione della proposta e garantisce il coinvolgimento di tutti i membri nel processo di gara. È responsabile della documentazione prodotta in tutte le fasi dell'offerta e assicura una transizione fluida e completa al Program Manager al momento del KO del programma.

COMPETENZE TECNICHE / REQUISITI
- Laurea in Ingegneria Aerospaziale, Ingegneria Elettronica o simili.
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in posizioni simili.
- Ottime capacità comunicative per guidare, influenzare e convincere mantenendo una mentalità aperta.
- Attitudine al problem solving, capacità di anticipare.
- Esperienza in project management, inclusi la gestione dei rischi e la pianificazione, è un plus.
- Conoscenza del settore spaziale.
- Disponibilità a viaggiare.
- Competenza in MS Office.
- Inglese fluente.
