Questa è una posizione **a tempo pieno e a tempo indeterminato**, con sede a **Ragusa, Italia**.

**Principali Mansioni**:

- Stabilire prove di performance del prodotto per determinare il valore aggiunto di nuove varietà.
- Raccogliere, analizzare e riportare dati quantitativi e qualitativi dalle prove.
- Supportare il Product Manager e il Dipartimento di Ricerca nella creazione di prove sperimentali e nella proposta di avanzamenti nel ciclo di vita del prodotto (PLC).

**Responsabilità Chiave**:

- Gestire e condurre prove in campo per pomodoro e peperone in Sicilia.
- Progettare, eseguire, raccogliere dati, analizzare e riportare i piani di prova utilizzando strumenti come Mercado.
- Collaborare con il Team Clienti per il pomodoro e peperone.
- Fornire informazioni dettagliate sui prodotti e consigli sulla coltivazione.
- Progettare e migliorare i protocolli di prova per garantire la qualità dei piani, dei dati e la loro completezza.
- Prepararsi per riunioni e introduzioni di prodotto di successo.
- Collaborare con Account Manager, Rappresentanti Tecnici di Vendita e Agenti.

**Profilo Richiesto**:

- Laurea triennale in Agronomia o Orticoltura (almeno 5 anni).
- Preferibile esperienza nel settore delle sementi orticole.
- Esperienza generale nello sviluppo del prodotto e nella valutazione delle prove.
- Conoscenza fluente dell’**inglese** e dell’**italiano**.
