**DATA PRIVACY COORDINATOR & LEGAL SPECIALIST**:
La risorsa, inserita in Autocentro Baistrocchi SpA con sede a Parma, rispondendo direttamente alla Direzione ed in collaborazione e confronto costante con la Responsabile del Center of Competence (Compliance, Legal, GDPR e Linee Guida) del Gruppo Eurocar Italia, avrà come obiettivo la gestione ed il presidio delle attività legali della Società e, in particolare:
Gestione, predisposizione e revisione della contrattualistica verso fornitori (appalti, appalti servizi, fornitura), sponsorizzazioni, cooperazione, etc.
Supporto e coordinamento legale delle pratiche clienti, recuperi credito, rapporti con fornitori (anche avvalendosi della consulenza dello Studio Legale esterno che assiste il Gruppo)
Sviluppo e implementazione delle Linee Guida, procedure e dei processi del Gruppo, anche in ambito Compliance, nonché supporto al monitoraggio della loro corretta implementazione
Mappatura dei flussi aziendali informativi e monitoraggio degli stessi
Gestione delle tematiche privacy nel rispetto delle Linee Guida impartite dal Gruppo e delle indicazioni del DPO nominato
Supportare la Direzione nella gestione degli aspetti legal in ambito risorse umane
Assistenza alle attività dell’ODV

**Si richiedono**:
Laurea in Giurisprudenza
Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office con particolare riferimento ad Excel
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Esperienza pregressa in un ruolo analogo
