Attualmente siamo alla ricerca di un PV PRE-CONSTRUCTION SPECIALIST che riporterà direttamente al Technical Director e supporterà il team di Sviluppo nella gestione del portfolio progetti, occupandosi principalmente delle seguenti attività:
- Verifica dei permessi e degli adempimenti necessari per portare i progetti fotovoltaici dalla fase autorizzativa alla cantierabilità (es. autorizzazioni di secondo livello necessarie per l’inizio lavori, servitù/espropri, autorizzazione finale dell’ente gestore della rete elettrica; ecc.)
- Gestione progettuale e rendicontazione delle attività e del raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
- Supporto nei processi autorizzativi con interfaccia diretta con le amministrazioni e autorità competenti, principalmente con riguardo ai permessi di secondo livello nella fase post-RTB;
- Coordinamento con i team interni di Sviluppo e Legale;
- Gestione del passaggio di consegne al team EPC interno;
- Gestione e coordinamento dei collaboratori/consulenti tecnici esterni;
- Verifica della documentazione técnica predisposta dai consulenti esterni nell’ambito delle procedure autorizzative;
- Supervisione delle attività di Due Diligences Tecniche e Legali sui progetti.
- Ingegnere/Architetto/Geometra o comprovate competenze equivalenti;
- almeno 2 anni di esperienza, preferibilmente nel settore delle energie rinnovabili;
- eccellente conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- ottime doti comunicative;
- capacità di coordinamento e di lavorare in team;
- conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata);
- disponibilità a brevi trasferte di lavoro sul territorio nazionale;
