Per BRAND INTERNAZIONALE RETAIL leader nel mondo della CALZATURA con una rete di 5000 PV organizzati in REGION a livello globale, allo scopo di potenziare la propria presenza multicanale con focus nel mondo digital, ricerchiamo:
**EUROPEAN E-COMMERCE DIRECTOR - FASHION / RETAIL - PADOVA**
La risorsa ricercata dovrà avere maturato una precedente esperienza in contesti strutturati preferibilmente nel mondo del consumer goods: retail, fashion, sporting goods, design, cosmesi, occhialeria, etc.
Completano il profilo ottime capacità di leadership, forte spinta all’innovazione e al change management, forte spirito di collaborazione e di adattamento.
È richiesta un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
**COMPITI E RESPONSABILITÀ***:
- Definizione della strategia commerciale e-commerce per l’Europa
- Supervisione del P&L ed analisi di mercato per new business
- Creazione Business Plan per canale e-commerce
- Analisi e monitoraggio principali KPI
- Identificazione di nuove opportunità e innovazioni chiave di trasformazione digitale
**REQUISITI RICHIESTI**:
- Laurea in Marketing e Comunicazione o esperienza analoga
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 5 anni
- Conoscenza del mercato FMCG
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Governo P&L
- International outlook
