Accounting Assistant

We are looking to hire an **Accounting Assistant** for the finance department of the chargers' assembly line in Vignola.

**Key activities and responsibilities of this role includes**:

- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Assist with reviewing of expenses as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist senior accountant in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Assist with other accounting projects
- Proven relevant experience of at least 2 years
- Degree from a relevant field
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)
- Fluent **Italian** (verbal and written)
- Good verbal and written **English**:

- Teamworking skills
- Attention to detail
