Johnson & Johnson Consumer Plant is looking for a Operations Department Manager, in Filling area.

The Filling Manager has the responsibility for filling and packaging processes, in the Liquids Business Unit of the Plant. This leader is responsible for managing a large and diverse group of reports, including engineers, shift leaders and production personnel in order to deliver production targets to meet customer needs, while maintaining an increasing level of safety standards, efficient cost control and delivering outstanding product quality. The position has a great degree of impact on the business results, managing a significant business portfolio, and interacting with all the site relevant functions, at multiple levels and working on several areas, from the day-to-day to the long-term strategic projects.

**Job Description**:
Ensure an effective and efficient structure of the Production department and the related production process, in compliance with Safety / Quality / Environmental standards.

Guarantee a high level of plant productivity, excellent customer service and cost reduction through continuous improvement approach and a financially driven thinking.

Establish department guidelines and procedures.

Accountable to achieve Production Targets, establish and deliver the expected budget and CIPs as per Site commitment.

Drive the continuous improvement agenda, fostering Lean methodologies, people capabilities, technological thinking and cross-functional integration.

Maximize the production flow, in an agile environment, leveraging on existing and new capabilities, overcoming challenges with an end-to-end supply chain mindset.

Ensure a flawless start-up of new products and technologies, from requirement definition, to detailed and efficient execution.

Propose and implement new technologies, process and production investments within the established times and budgets.

**Qualifications**
Requirements and Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

Proven knowledge of lean manufacturing and/or six sigma methodologies.

Demonstrated ability in complex manufacturing/packaging area.

2 years at least of experience in leading people & groups

Knowledge of Supply Chain and budgeting processes

Upper intermediate level of English

Basic knowledge of industrial relations and Italian regulations

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Partnership attitude

Interpersonal and decision-making skills

Excellent communication
