We are looking for a **Coordination of Technology and Maintenance **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of Paintshop**.**

You will be responsible to ensure Paint shop running and technological evolution.

You will:

- Coordinate people who operate in the maintenance and technology area, hierarchically dependent on head of paint shop
- Ensure people safety, together with head of paint shop
- Strictly monitor the performances of the maintenance service provider from all point of view. Update and integration of technical requirements for service provider contract.
- Strictly monitor the performances of the technical cleaning provider from all point of view. Update and integration of technical requirements for service provider contract.
- Ensure proper activities running to guarantee the paint shop continue to follow rules and laws; avoid any risk for Lamborghini people or stakeholders on site related to machines and equipment (business continuity).
- Ensure maintenance engineering and continuous improvement about energy, quality (related to machines), equipment reliability and waste (water, emissions)
- Coordinate people who work for technological evolution in terms of new installation and/or improvement of the existing ones
- Evaluate and compensate any possible risk of the equipment, building and machines
- Be responsible for technology budget, maintenance activities, technical cleaning and investment
- Spare parts mngt. Planning, control, stock definition about spare parts
- Audit related preparation: monitor and proactive intervention for continuous improvement to guarantee compliance of the factory

**About you**
- University Degree in Mechanical, Computer, Electric or Automation Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in automotive or complex and structured plant.
