Warehouse Operator

Position Summary:
Carries out operations of receipts of raw materials, spare materials. Organizes and execute shipments of finished goods and samples out of Termoli site. Responsible for documentation checking, confirmation, and data input on SAP.

**Job Description**:

- Provides qualitative and quantitative control of incoming materials according to transport document and the order issued.
- Arranges warehouse materials in the appropriate internal shelving or external storage rooms respecting their location.
- Provides, for non-warehouse materials, control, and receipt to notify the applicant for immediate collection.
- Handles materials to the applicants, reporting on the withdrawal document the quantity delivered and entering the data on the SAP.
- Reports to the Logistics Specialist and Supply Chain Leader slow movement materials.
- Operates forklift to unload materials delivered at the warehouse.
- Organizes and loads packed goods inside trucks and containers.
- Settles physical inventory in the warehouse.
- Responsible for the housekeeping of the internal and external areas of the warehouse.
- Reports to Commodity Manager Leader materials received in non-conformance regarding quantity and/or quality.
- Assists Quality Team on provide proper information for complaints investigation.
- Provides receipt in SAP for materials received in the warehouse.
- Whenever identified, submits opportunities of improvement reports.
- Provides samples shipment with courier companies.
