M&A E SPECIAL PROJECTS MANAGER

**Responsabilità**

La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione end to end dei processi di M&A, in particolare seguirà le seguenti attività:

- Ricerca e analisi di potenziali aziende target (con focus sul settore FIG);
- Valutazione economica delle aziende e strutturazione dei modelli economici;
- Preparazione documentazione relativa all'operazione (materiali di due diligence, information memoranda, management presentations, etc.);
- Gestione dell’operazione nella fase di execution e di integrazione post merger;
- Analisi a supporto delle decisioni di pianificazione strategica del Top Management.

**Profilo ideale**
- Comprovata esperienza di almeno 6 anni nel ruolo, maturata in società di consulenza, boutique e banche all'interno del team di M&A/CF;
- Forte conoscenza del mondo FIG;
- Esperienza con i modelli di valutazione DCF e LBO;
- Ottima capacità comunicativa e forte spirito imprenditoriale
- Inglese fluente
