The Head of Content Marketing will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing the overall Fido's content strategy based on our specific goals and objectives. They are responsible for managing the creation and production of online and offline marketing content. This includes building a content calendar, creating a writing process and delivery strategy, contributing to social media posts and, ultimately, crafting exciting and well-researched content that drives traffic and engages site visitors.

**Responsibilities**
- Take overall ownership of our content marketing strategy, working with the existing team to devise and implement a strategic approach to content marketing
- Work with the CCO to create content that ranks well and converts visitors into sign-ups and demo requests
- Deliver a video marketing strategy that educates and converts
- Lead the development and regular updates of FIDOs blog articles
- Define objectives and KPIs for content, and deliver reporting to measure success
- Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging Google Analytics, HubSpot and social media analytics tools
- Be a source of creativity and inspiration for the team as a whole
- Work closely with other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product’s core benefits properly and consistently
- Create job descriptions and help with the interviewing and selection process of new teammates

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years’ experience in content marketing
- Working knowledge of contemporary SEO practices, frameworks and algorithm updates
- Familiarity with Google suite including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads Manager
- Ability to analyze and present content and social performance
- Clear, effective communicator—verbally and in writing—with the ability to be persuasive
- Must be able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities
- Strong knowledge of content marketing strategy and channels
- Results-oriented; proven ability to prioritize, drive and achieve results through self and others under time pressure.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language is required
