Logistics Specialist

**Posizione**:
The resource will deal with the increasing autonomy of managing the assigned logistics activities, systematically interfacing with the suppliers and other teams involved in the process.

**Main tasks**
- Analyze the transport specifications, send them to the forwarders/consultant, validate the technical proposals, and assess the risks and opportunities;
- Transport call for tenders: establish the list of service providers to be called for tender, compile and submit the bidding documents taking into account all contractual, technical and geographical constraints, draw up the comparative tables of bids, conduct the technical and financial discussions in support of the procurement department by presenting the comparative analysis, the reasons for choosing the service provider, the budget, risks and opportunities.
- Procedures and docs: Defines the transport specifications and/or logistics project notes, interfacing with the customers, the customs agency, the forwarders and all the players to be involved, supervising the activities of each and assigning them the various tasks to be completed. On the basis of feedback from the first shipments, he/she proposes and carries out procedures to optimize the project logistics flow
- Plan, execute, supervise the assigned logistics activities; according to the established schedule;
- Identify and process customs operations / manage the logistics of dual-use goods;
- Assist purchasing, inspection and packaging departments on logistics aspects;
- Control and update the logistics budget;
- Actively contributing to growth and continuous improvement of Logistics inside NHOA ENERGY
- Prepare presentations, monitor and report activities;

**Requisiti**:
**Your background**:

- Preferred Master’s (or Bachelor) degree in Engineering field
- 2-4 year experience in similar areas
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strongly interested in growing by testing himself/herself with increasingly complex projects;
- Goal-oriented approach
- Capable of working on multiple tasks at the same time and tolerate work stress without compromising quality standards and compliance with project timelines;
- Very good communication skills;
- Team worker;
- Proactive and motivated;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English. Knowledge of other languages (e.g. Spanish / Portugese) is a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Good understanding of corrective and preventive action process
- Willingness to travel
