**Field Service Scheduler**:

- Today Datalogic Group, headquartered in Bologna (Italy), employs approximately 3.000 employees worldwide, distributed in 30 countries, with manufacturing and repair facilities in the USA, Brazil, Italy, Slovakia, Hungary, China and Vietnam.- For our EMEAI Field Service Team we are currently looking for a Field Service Scheduler that will follow the scheduling process in order to create and allow the Field Service Team to perform missions for projects, installations or other service activities (maintenances, break fix).
- In this role, you will support the field team and our the customers in order to achieve our goals, while co-operating with several Datalogic departments.- This position is based in our R&D Center in Monte San Pietro (BO).**Main responsibilities & tasks**:

- Plan, implement and maintain intervention scheduling at customer sites.
- Ensure that the Field Service Engineers have all the technical and logístical details to complete the intervention successfully.
- Support our Project Management Team.
- Monitor time and costs of the planned projects.
- Follow rigorously safety and security company procedures.
- Escalate for technical problems that can’t be solved independently.
- Extend or help building a respectful relationship with customer by always adopting an exemplary attitude.

**Requirements**:

- Associate or Bachelor's Degree
- Fluent in Italian and English. Other languages will be considered as a plus.
- 1/2 years of prior working experience in structured companies, preferably in the automation industry.
