If you naturally fit in with our culture by practicing sport and living a healthy lifestyle and are forward-thinking, always proactive and digital savvy, you have the right spirit to join TechnogymYour RoleWe are looking for a professional **Travel Office & Accommodation Specialist**, whose role is to organize, arrange and support business travelers, according to the company's travel policy.Your Impact- Plan and organize efficient travel arrangements & logistics, coordinate and book flights, including ground transportation, accommodation, and other related travel services world-wide for employees and business guests
- Provide expert support to travelers by advising them on suitable destinations, optimal itineraries, travel dates, costs, accommodations and travel-related documents like visas, and resolving any issues that arise during their trip
- Offer relevant information and ensure effective management of travelers throughout their business trips in adherence to travel policies and regulations
- Address and resolve any travel-related issues, complaints, or requests for refunds that may arise
- Manage corporate agreements with airlines, train lines, hotel chains, and other travel service providers to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies world-wide, analyze travel spending data to identify cost-saving opportunities to enhance service offerings
- Maintain accurate statistical and financial records related to travel expenses and prepare reports for travel management
- Manage travel budgets by effectively managing travel operations and maximizing cost efficiencies
About YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.What you should bring:
- Work experience as a Travel Agent in the business sector with licensing
- Expert in online booking service and tailor-made business travel, excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems and e-travelling
- Detail-oriented approach to managing complex logistics
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
- Strong negotiation and analytical abilities
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
- Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
- Wellness oriented
- Fluent in English
