**ASSISTANT MANAGER OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT&PRODUCRION**

La persona dovrà collaborare con il Responsabile di Produzione nell’organizzazione e schedulazione di tutte le attività da svolgere giornalmente.

La risorsa dovrà occuparsi di:

- Gestione dell’agenda e della pianificazione delle attività da svolgere quotidianamente
- Supporto operativo alle attività del responsabile
- Gestione delle relazioni e della comunicazione aziendale con i responsabili dei vari reparti
- Organizzazione riunioni e report finali
- Organizzazione appuntamenti e filtraggio delle comunicazioni, trasmettendo solo l'essenziale
- Inserimento, a gestionale o su file excel, dei dati relativi ai prodotti ed alla produzione
- Archiviazione dei file nelle relative cartelle e schedulazione degli accessori
- Redazione delle procedure aziendali
- Gestione della manualistica aziendale e delle relative revisioni

Requisiti:

- Aver maturato pregressa esperienza in ruoli analoghi
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Precisione ed elevate capacità organizzative
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office
- Ottime doti relazionali
- Ottime competenze analitiche, di attenzione ai dettagli e di predisposizione al problem solving
