**Purpose of Position**: Support the regulatory team in fully resolving the backlog of customer questionnaires for Quality. Assist the team in managing and fulfilling all customer technical requests.

**Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities**:

- Assist on technical requests (questionnaires, position statements, etc.) on assigned portfolio
- Provide technical information and assistance to customer service department as necessary to maintain positive customer relations

**Requirements**:

- Degree or current student in technical fields such as agronomy, food science, or chemistry.
- Willingness to perform data entry and administrative tasks.
- Availability for a temporary position.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Proximity to Gallarate
- High attention to detail and Accuracy
- Multi-tasking, organizational and eager to learn
