**Position**:
**Mission**

We are seeking a highly creative and talented Social Media Intern to join Bulgari’s global social media team, in Rome. Reporting to the Social Media Senior Manager, he/she will be responsible for supporting the team in developing and implementing effective social media strategies to promote our brand, engage with our audience, and drive growth.

**Main Accountabilities**
- Support in developing and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our platforms
- Help in creating and curate compelling, high-quality content across various social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and implement integrated campaigns that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives
- Establish and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and relevant industry contacts to enhance brand awareness and drive collaborations
- Together with the other members of the team, contribute to the day-to-day activities of our social media accounts, including content scheduling, community management, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Monitor social media trends, tools, best practices, and emerging platforms, and recommend innovative ways to improve our social media presence
- Contribute to conduct regular analysis of social media performance metrics and provide reports and insights to track progress and identify areas for improvement

**Profile**:
**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Marketing/Communication or equivalent
- Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends
- Strong creative and visual skills with the ability to produce engaging content
- Experience in creating and managing social media campaigns, also including content creation during events (products launches, inaguration, corporate events ), and with celebrities and influencers
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Emplifi, Google Analytics) to monitor and track performance
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a complex environment
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and think creatively
- Fluency in English and Italian. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
