We are looking for
**Legal Contract Manager**

For the position, she/he will report locally to our CFO but operate with central shared service department in an international project business.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Development and creation of contracts with customers and suppliers in projects taking into account the legal risks and project specialties in collaboration with local legal area and external consultants.
- Development of standard agreements and clauses.
- Contact as interdisciplinary interface between project management, sales units (also international) and other legal departments of the group.
- Legal analysis and evalutation of customer and supplier claims.
- Preparation and support of contract negotiations.
- Development of business processes in the context of contract mangement.

**Competence requirements**:

- Founded education in law and/or Master degree in law or comparable
- Business fluent in English and Italian
- German or another language will be a plus
- Ability to manage interdisciplinary and in an international context
- Openness and the ability to listen to the ideas of others, to accept them and act on them appropriately.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders
- High level of organization with the ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects with competing priorities.
- Ability to travel
- Hard skill: MS excel advanced, digital skills (proven knowledge of digital, social media and marketing platforms)
