**The Project**:
Zuru Tech is digitalizing the construction process of buildings all around the world. We have a multi-national team developing the world’s first digital building fabrication platform: you design it, we build it In our disruptive offices in Modena and Milan we’re developing a BIM software meant for both the general public and architects with the power to design and manufacture any type of building. By mixing Unreal Engine’s real time rendering with the best structural simulation algorithms and state-of-the-art automated manufacturing processes we grant our users complete creative freedom and an astonishing RTX-powered graphical fidelity.

**Responsibility & activities**:
At the heart of the assigned processes are the pipelines which must be automated, be efficient, integrate security with SDLC, take advantage of the cloud functionalities and run tests without fail.
Coding and automation skills are required but not enough, soft skills like flexibility and learning are needed to keep in pace with the industry. Communication and collaboration with other teams is crucial to implement DevOps culture cross functionality. This will help us implement processes whose functions align with business objectives and deliver value to the end-user.
You’re going to report directly to our Senior Devops Engineer & IT System Engineer.
**Requirements**:
**Must have**:
- Experience with CI/CD Platforms, good understanding of its components to improve the quality of software and the delivery process.
- Experience with IT Operations
- Experience with industry standard automation tools.
- Experience with micro services and container architectures
- Experience with infrastructure management using IaC paradigm
- Familiarity with DevOps Security practices (SDLC)
- Understand the principles of distributed systems
- Knowledge in software engineering principles relevant to coding and scripting (like algorithms, data structures, performance, networking, caching, etc..)
- Knowledge of software testing practices
**Nice to have**:
- Go
- Kubernetes
- Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP)
- Experience designing and developing web APIs
- Experience with high growing software company
- Experience with real time web software

**WE OFFER**: level and contract period commensurate with the matured experience, combined with an individual career plan.
