We are currently looking for an experienced EU Projects Financial Officer to join EXUS AI Labs, the R&D department of EXUS, where we design and develop robust and trustworthy AI solutions that allow us to leverage the untapped potential of big data analytics across multiple verticals.

**Role's Responsibilities**:

- EU funded Research Projects effort/resource and other costs' allocation and alignment with Projects' plan in accordance with the EU compliance guidelines
- Preparing effort allocation and costs detailed plan per EU Project
- Organizing and executing financial statements submissions in EU Projects, where EXUS is a Partner
- Driving financial reporting process for the entire consortium in EU Projects that EXUS coordinates
- Supporting the financial audits, organized by the Accounting Department

**Requirements**:

- University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, European Studies or similar field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in financial management of European projects
- Knowledge of EU funding programs and opportunities
- Fluency in English (both speaking and writing)
- Ability to work with accuracy, efficiency and great attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong team player with advanced interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
